Once the food was out, there wasn’t much hesitation – guests headed straight in, building their plates, chatting, laughing and circling back for seconds before they’d even finished their first round.
And then came dessert. Because no birthday celebration is complete without something sweet, Hog Roast Dorchester served up profiteroles for the chocolate lovers and a fresh fruit salad for those who preferred something a little bit lighter. A nice balance, and judging by the empty serving dishes, very much appreciated.
By the end of the evening, it was clear the birthday feast had done exactly what it was meant to do – bring everyone together for a proper celebration worth remembering.
