Know how many you’re feeding
One of the great things about a hog roast is how many people it can feed. A full pig usually serves around 100 to 150 guests, depending on how hungry they are and what else you’re serving. However, it is always best to inform Hog Roast Barton beforehand of how many guests you’re expecting so that there is plenty to go around.
Hosting something smaller? You don’t have to go full hog— we can offer half-pigs or pork joints instead, so there is minimal waste!
Think about the space
A hog roast works best outdoors, where there’s plenty of room for the setup and space for guests to gather. If the weather’s unpredictable (which, let’s face it, it often is), make sure you’ve got a backup plan. We can bring along our gazebo, or you may prefer us to set up indoors just incase!
