We were back at Tintagel Cricket Club for another Saputo Dairy event, and Hog Roast Tintagel didn’t disappoint! Catering Manager Rik and the team served up a mouthwatering spread that had everyone coming back for seconds.
The star of the show was a whole roasted pig with irresistible crackling, served alongside classic apple sauce and sage and onion stuffing. Guests were treated to a variety of freshly baked bread rolls and wraps – including gluten-free options – so everyone could enjoy the feast without compromise.
The menu also featured a tomato and mozzarella salad, a mixed salad, and coleslaw for a fresh, vibrant touch. Potato lovers were spoiled for choice with freshly made chips, sweet potato fries, or a mix of both, all paired with a selection of sauces, salt, and vinegar.
For our vegetarian and vegan guests, we offered grilled vegetable and halloumi skewers (without halloumi for vegans), served with wraps, tzatziki, and a sweet and punchy sweet chilli sauce.
All food was served buffet-style on wooden disposable crockery with wooden cutlery – perfect for a relaxed, social vibe where everyone could help themselves.
It was a joy to cater this event once again, keeping the Saputo Dairy team fuelled, happy, and well-fed for an afternoon of fun and networking. Hog Roast Tintagel continues to bring the flavour, fun, and a touch of indulgence to every occasion!
