We’re pleased to say that the happy couple were delighted with their feast for the day. They asked us to cater for their evening reception, starting at 7 pm. Catering manager Rick worked with the couple in the months before the wedding to ensure that their menu choices were exactly what they wanted for 100 guests. Janier and Stefano requested our popular southern slaw menu (a more modern alternative to our more traditional hog roast). It included our Texan 24-hourbeef brisket, Cajun spiced chicken and our scrummy sticky pork ribs. We also made sure that vegans and vegetarians had something to tuck into with our grilled halloumi skewers and even pulled jackfruit.
