It’s a menu that comes from the heart of the American south, made for warm summer’s days and curated to deliver spice and tang in equal measure with plenty of hot sauces and BBQ marinades.

So, Hog Roast Brixham’s catering manager Rik made sure to get on site early in the day so that the likes of our Texan 24 hour beef brisket, our Cajun spiced rotisserie chickens, and our pulled quarter minted lamb had all the time they needed to cook low and slow for the very best flavours to come out. Guests then also had the option of adding even more flavour and heat with our delicious hot sauces and BBQ marinades. But, in the interest of having mouths cool down again, our sides were there to refresh guests again to go back in for another bite. In this case, creamy slaw, tomato and mozzarella salad, seasonal leafy greens, and roasted baby new potatoes did the trick just fine.
