The location is key to hosting a successful hog roast. You’ll need plenty of space for the roasting equipment and of course, enough seats for your guests. During the summer months, why not go for an outdoor space, where your guests can mingle and relax in the sunshine? But if you do plan on hosting indoors, make sure your space is well-ventilated, as cooking a hog can create a lot of smoke.
The hog roasting process takes approximately 6 hours to cook, therefore, we’ll arrive at your venue in plenty of time. Don’t worry, we’ll handle all of the timings for you, but if you’re doing it yourself, then we’ll bring everything to you in good time, so you can cook the pork to perfection.
