We do love a wedding here at Hog Roast Torbay! Last month, we had the pleasure of catering for Angela and Craig’s big day. As a mobile caterer, weddings are one of the most frequent types of events on our calendar. You’ll find us at one most weekends during the spring and summer seasons. The couple chose to have our southern slow roast feast as an alternative to our traditional hog roast. Everyone raved about it! When our couples make a booking, we chat through our menus with them so they can make the best decision for their day. Angela and Craig decided to keep their catering very relaxed with a pulled pork in a roll option. Guests helped themselves to the meat and sides and were free to come up for seconds and thirds if they were feeling extra peckish. Alongside the meat, we also served a delectable feta cheese and olive salad, as well as our house slaw.
While Angela and Craig were drawn to our slow roast package, Hog Roast Torbay have plenty of packages to suit all types of weddings. If you’re keen to keep your big day low-key, you could opt for an alfresco service complete with antipasti platters. Or, if you’re on a strict budget, go for our entry-level catering menu that gives you fantastic food for a reasonable cost. On the other hand, if you’d prefer a sit-down meal, then our formal wedding catering package would be best. This package is made up of a welcome drink reception, canapes, a three-course meal and even after-dinner drinks. We understand that every couple is different. So, we’ll be
