Hayley owns an estate agency firm and has recently hired a new intake of 10 staff members, which has almost doubled her team. To help everyone get acquainted and to create a welcoming work environment, Hayley is planning on hosting a lunch event this November, with a delicious menu from Hog Roast Dawlish. For the catering, we will be serving our classic hog roast menu, which is perfect for enjoying on a chilly afternoon and is much nicer than any prepacked lunch option!
On the day of the event, the Hog Roast Dawlish team arrived at the office building in the morning and got to work on preparing our menu on-site. We began by slow-roasting the hog and allowing it to roast for around five hours. Once ready, the succulent carved pork was served in fresh bread rolls, alongside sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. For meat-free guests, we also provided BBQ-pulled jackfruit, which was a delicious pork alternative. The mains were accompanied by homemade chips, gourmet coleslaw, corn cobettes, and seasonal salad dishes, which were ideal for creating a varied and delicious buffet lunch. Our catering was perfect for creating a welcoming atmosphere in the office and it helped to show just how much Hayley values her staff. It was great to see the new and existing staff members chatting and getting to know each other, which was exactly what Hayley was hoping to achieve with this event!
