To start: Romantic Antipasti sharing platter
The sharing platter consists of gourmet cheeses such as gorgonzola, buffalo mozzarella and Parmigiano Reggiano Alongside a delicious medley of fine meats; parma ham, salami and prosciutto, served with rustic styled bread from Hog Roast Cockington’s local bakery. The platter also consists of a range of foods that compliment the cheese and meats, such as stuffed olives, sun-dried tomatoes, rocket and stuffed peppers. If you have favourite cheese or similar styled meat like chorizo, please don’t hesitate to ask and we will substitute it and tailor the platter to your wishes.
The main:
Option 1 – Hog Roast baps
A complete party in the mouth! A hot soft roll selected by you (white, cheese or wholemeal) filled with succulent and juicy pulled pork, flavoursome sage and onion stuffing and finished with traditional apple sauce. Other sauces are available on request. Pieces of crunchy crackling will also be served with the hog roast baps.
Option 2 – BBQ pulled pork bap
An American-styled bap; a floured white bap filled with BBQ marinated pulled pork and topped with crunchy homemade coleslaw.
