Earlier this spring, Hog Roast Goodrington was hired to provide catering for an open day taking place at a corporate technology company. The business is hosting an open day to celebrate 5 successful years of trading, with this being a great way to show off what they do and attract new customers. Alongside the tour, Hog Roast Goodrington has been hired to provide catering for the occasion, in the form of a delicious gourmet BBQ. This menu is ideal for the occasion as it includes a wide variety of dishes and can easily be served to large groups of guests. The Hog Roast Goodrington team was happy to get involved with this event as we knew that our menu would be a success!

Hog Roast GoodringtonOn the day of the event, the Hog Roast Goodrington team arrived at the venue and began preparing the menu for the 1:00pm serving time. We started by grilling the main dishes, which included succulent pork sausages, juicy British beef burgers, marinated chicken kebabs, halloumi and vegetable skewers, and BBQ spareribs. The mains were served in fresh bread rolls, with gluten-free rolls also on offer. For the side dishes, we provided homemade chips, sweet potato fries, mac and cheese, crunchy coleslaw, and a selection of seasonal salad dishes. Overall, this created a varied and delicious menu, with a wide variety of dishes for the guests to choose from. Our menu was a great addition to the day and provided a break for guests from touring the venue and enjoying the open day.
