This festive period, Hog Roast Copplestone was hired by Perfect Bore Manufacturing Ltd. to cater for their Christmas party. The company has previously hired our team to cater for their events, so they knew that we can be relied on to provide a delicious meal for any kind of event. As a result, our team was an obvious choice for this year’s Christmas meal! For the catering, the company was looking for a classic hog roast, accompanied by a few festive trimmings, to ensure that the menu was varied and had something to get the guests in the spirit. Our catering manager Rik was happy to cater for this event and to see some friendly faces from previous catering events.
On the day of the meal, the Hog Roast Copplestone team arrived at Andover New Street Football & Social Club, with plenty of time to prepare for the 19:30 event. For the main dishes, we prepared a hog large enough to serve 70 guests, as well as a whole-roasted turkey as a festive alternative. The main dishes were expertly carved by Rik and served in fresh bread rolls, alongside mixed salad, coleslaw, and pigs in blankets. For meat-free guests, we also served grilled halloumi and vegetable skewers. This was a varied and delicious menu, with plenty for the guests to enjoy. The menu had a good balance of festive dishes and was a great way to prepare for Christmas!
