Our catering manager Rik was recently contacted by Lisa and Charlie to arrange catering for their upcoming wedding reception. They are planning on hosting their wedding at a local venue room near their hometown of Torbay. Their wedding is featuring a beautiful, rustic theme, with plants, flowers, and candles across the room. For the catering, Hog Roast Cockington was asked to provide a delicious slow-roasted menu for the 75 guests to enjoy, including a selection of delicious desserts.
The menu begins with canapés served to the guests as they arrive at the venue, with a selection of 5 different dishes. A few potential dishes include fresh salmon or roasted duck breast. This sets an elegant tone for the catering and prepares the guests for a wonderful meal.
Following this, the guests will enjoy a classic Hog Roast Cockington main course, including a slow-roasted hog and all of the trimmings.
