Now that Christmas is coming up, Rik and the team have found the demand for their assistance has increased dramatically! With so many festive celebrations to cater to before the all-important day arrives, Hog Roast Tedburn St Mary has been working tirelessly over the past month to give our clients the ultimate festive treat. And most recently, we attended the staff Christmas party for the leading Liechtenstein-founded electronic manufacturer, Neutrik (UK) Ltd.

The booking had been arranged by Amanda, who, after being placed in charge of organising the event, had invited us along to the company’s Isle of Wight base last week for the annual Xmas work bash! Right away, Rik and the team were excited to get involved, and after almost a month of prep, they served a comprehensive festive menu to 115 people across a two-hour, socially-distanced, staggered time-slot.

With the first serve set to begin at 11:45 am, Hog Roast Tedburn St Mary had made sure to arrive on-site extra early, allowing themselves plenty of time to thoroughly cook the free-range meat until it was juicy and tender, before serving it alongside cauliflower cheese, pigs in blankets, roasties and a mix of seasonal vegetables, topped off with rich, homemade gravy. Adding the finishing touch to the meal, Rik served up our gorgeous mince pies with brandy cream, which was the perfect end to a delightful meal.
