Before Hog Roast St. Michaels latest clients had even booked a venue they knew they wanted the Hog Roast St. Michaels team to cater their very special 40th wedding anniversary. The clients had enjoyed a delicious buffet courtesy of the team at one of their friend’s birthday parties last year, and they knew then that they wanted to work with the team. The team were very excited to work with this fun-loving couple!
The couple chose to take the menu for their buffet from the Hog Roast St. Michaels wedding menus because they absolutely wanted the food to be as luxurious for their guests as the beautiful ballroom they had hired out for the event was. The whole theme for the event was one of love and lavish, rich luxuriousness. As such, the clients opted to use Hog Roast St. Michaels very finest chine cutlery and crockery for the event, as it added an element of formality to the event while still remaining firmly within budget.
The clients chose to have two meats on offer at their event, as none of their 35 guests were vegetarian or vegan. Their lucky guests had a choice between two truly wonderful dishes for the meat part of the buffet. There was a Classic Hog Roast: which is a Spit Roasted Pig Served with Apple Sauce Stuffing and Crispy Crackling, as well as Spit Roasted Spring Lamb Seasoned with Rosemary Served with Mint and a Mustard and Dill Sauce. Also part of the buffet there was three types of pasta: the clients selected Mediterranean Pasta, Coleslaw, and Nicoise from the list of delicious platters the Hog Roast St. Michaels team offer. Finally, finishing off the buffet there was piping hot Jacket Potatoes, or if the guests would rather tuck into, mouth-watering New Potatoes Roasted With Rosemary and Garlic.
The Catering Manager and assistant had plenty of space for their equipment at the beautiful ballroom venue and got straight to work when they arrived at midday. The clients and guests tucked into a tasty, fresh buffet at 6pm on the dot.
The overwhelming response from the couple and guests was positive. The food was thoroughly enjoyed by all.
