- Main course meat – a slowly roasted sirloin joint of beef cooked to your preference. Completely tender and juicy and served with fluffy Yorkshire puddings and red wine gravy. Indulgence at its finest!
- Southern Slow Roast – Beef Brisket dry rubbed with a Texan BBQ flavouring before being cooked on low heat for 24 hours. A few hours before the cooking time has completed, a BBQ sauce is rubbed into the meat. Served as pulled BBQ beef, it just falls apart being a melt-in-the-mouth consistency and full of luscious flavour. Your tastebuds will have gone to heaven with this beef option!
- BBQ – a big, fat juicy burger made from 100% British beef at Hog Roast Marldon’s local butchers, guaranteed maximum favour and taste. Served with the option of cheese. Yum!
All these beef options are as equally delicious as the next, guaranteeing an amazing experience with flavour and consistency throughout. Throughout the years, Hog Roast Marldon has also had the request of beef sausages and kofta’s. The kofta’s especially were particularly tasteful filled with eastern spices that smelt scrumptious!
