In these past few months, the demand for our luxurious hog roasts has grown considerably since many people are now keen to make every moment spent with their family feel spectacular. For our most recent client, Lisa, who had swapped her week by the pool in Majorca for a weekend away on the coast with 10 of closest family members, one of our note-worthy spreads seemed like the perfect way to round off their staycation.
Lisa had approached Hog Roast Watcombe a few weeks before the family had set off on their trip, and she was so grateful for our discretion which helped her to keep the whole thing a surprise! The plan for our team was to arrive at the seaside a few hours before the client and her family did, which allowed them plenty of time to cook up an exquisite BBQ spread of juicy gourmet sausages, BBQ 100% beef handmade burgers, hot dogs and fall off the bone sticky pork ribs with side options of mixed fries, zesty coleslaw and a large bowl of fresh salad with ripe cherry tomatoes and Greek halloumi cheese.
The entire plan ran smoothly, and on the final day of Lisa’s weekend getaway, she brought her family to the beach for one last splash in the sea. As you can probably imagine, they were shocked to see the Hog Roast Watcombe catering team waiting for them with a drool-worthy feast of succulent meats! But once the initial shock wore off, they quickly got stuck in and enjoyed every last bite before heading back home.
