With over 1,000 guests buzzing around throughout the day, Hog Roast Roundham was in full swing. Led by our dynamic catering manager Rik, our team worked tirelessly to keep up with the demand and ensure everyone was well-fed. The aroma of our cooking wafted through the air, luring attendees away from the tech booths and straight to our delicious hog roast stand!
As predicted, our Classic Hog Roast Menu was a massive hit with the crowd! The centrepiece of our offering—succulent pulled pork, crispy crackling, savoury sage and onion stuffing, and sweet applesauce, all served on soft gluten-free rolls—was simply irresistible. Each bite was met with exclamations of delight as guests savoured the perfect blend of flavours and textures. Meanwhile, veggies and vegans tucked into BBQ-pulled jackfruit buns – the perfect meat-free alternative!
As the day progressed, Rik and the Hog Roast Roundham team maintained a steady rhythm, ensuring the food kept flowing and the lines moved swiftly. The positive feedback was non-stop, with many guests declaring our hog roast the highlight of their day.
