The most important thing to Hog Roast Higher Brixham is making sure our clients are happy. So, when Joanne from Fleet Time Engineering first reached out to us, we knew exactly how to help her get the most out of her event. The client had planned a corporate luncheon for all 80 members of Babcock’s staff to indulge in a well-deserved treat, after having put in months of hard work.
Our catering manager, Rik, was immediately placed in charge of the all-important get-together which saw our crew serve up the classic hog roast menu across a five-hour time frame. This staggered serve was important for ensuring that social-distancing measures were fully adhered to, which helped to keep everyone involved safe during the gathering.
Now, unfortunately, the team weren’t able to snap any pictures on the day due to security, so you’re just going to have to trust us that this feast was to die for!
As always, the slow roasted pig immediately stole the show with its gorgeous layer of salt-infused, crispy crackling and succulent interior which, was quickly transformed into fork-tender pulled pork. In contrast, the non-meat-eating guests were treated to our famous grilled vegetable kebabs with the option of added Greek halloumi cheese chunks, tzatziki dip and warm flatbreads. Side dishes of crunchy coleslaw, mixed salad and gluten-free rolls were also incorporated, along with a range of homemade dips to make the feast more inclusive to everyone’s tastes.
We’re pleased to say that Hog Roast Higher Brixham smashed the brief, by impressing the entire guest list with the gorgeous spread which had each of them returning for extra helpings!
