Martin has worked through the ranks at his law firm, with the hopes that one day he could become a partner. Not only would this come with a significant pay rise, but it would also mean prestige among others in his profession and would be a real testimony to the hard work that he puts in daily. Earlier this year the opportunity arose, and Martin went for the interview- and he got the promotion! To celebrate, his wife contacted Hog Roast Bridgerule to hire our team to provide catering for an upcoming celebratory party. His wife planned a party at their home and invited 35 of his close friends and family, as well as some work colleagues. After looking through our menus, it was decided that a classic hog-roast was ideal for the occasion as it always goes down a treat at family-friendly events and is a menu guests often look forward to enjoying.
On the day of the party, the Hog Roast Bridgerule team arrived at the family home with plenty of time to prepare for the evening. The party was set to begin at 7:00pm, with catering on offer from 8:00pm. We began by slow-roasting the hog and ensuring that it was expertly roasted to perfection. It was then sliced by our chef and served in fresh bread rolls, alongside sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. Alongside the rolls, we also served homemade chips and a green leaf salad to create a varied and delicious evening buffet!
