Hog Roast Ivybridge Loved Catering for the U16s End-of-Season Presentation

Hog Roast IvybridgeHog Roast Ivybridge had the honour of catering a very special event at Ivybridge Rugby Football Club on 4th July. It was the end-of-season presentation for the club’s Under 16s team. And during initial talks, they informed us that good food was a priority. Of course, that’s where our company truly shines.

The event was organised by Jen. She wanted to make sure the team and coaches were treated to a real feast after a tough season. Catering Manager Rik and the Hog Roast Ivybridge team arrived on site in plenty of time to get everything set up for the 7:30 pm serving.

Our whole roasted pig was the chosen menu, and it was slow-cooked to achieve that delectable tender texture. Did you know it takes 6 hours for the pork to fully cook? Hog Roast Ivybridge served grilled vegetable skewers for veggies (with the option of halloumi). And we only used eco-friendly wooden crockery and cutlery. This made the evening only stress-free for an easy clean-up and also extremely sustainable.
