Taken from the word Italian word “fresco” to mean in fresh, alfresco dining means to dine out in the fresh, open air. And if there is one nation that you want to take pointers from when it comes to outdoor dining for the summer, it is most certainly the Italians! In keeping our deference to the Italian outdoor dining specialists, our alfresco menu begins with a platter of the finest Italian meats and cheeses, served along with artisanal Italian breads and accompanied by delicious dipping and drizzling oils. This antipasti platter includes the finest cut prosciutto Parma ham, salami, buffalo mozzarella, parmigiano, gorgonzola, all to be enjoyed with a herb focaccia, ciabatta, or breadstick with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar to dip.
